A different kind of advantage

Stone sourced directly. Not marked up three times.

Most contractors buy countertop material from a local slab yard that bought it from an importer. RDS Construction Group has direct access to a family-owned stone mine in India. Granite and quartz come from the source, which means a wider selection and a fair price.

We pair that with itemized, line-by-line bids. You know what you are paying for before a contract is signed.

How We Work

Four steps, no surprises

01

Walk-through and scope

We visit the space, take measurements, and talk through what you want. This is not a sales call; it is a working conversation about what is realistic and what it will cost.

02

Itemized bid

You receive a line-item estimate before any contract is signed. Every material, every trade, every cost listed. No allowances that balloon later.

03

Scheduled build

We give you a calendar before we start. You know which trades are on site each day. When something shifts, you hear about it from us first.

04

Final walkthrough

Before we consider the job done, we walk through every item on the scope with you. Anything that is not right gets fixed.

Common Questions

Before you reach out

Full FAQ
Do you serve areas outside Pembroke Pines?
Yes. We work throughout South Florida, including Miramar, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Weston, Miami, Hialeah, Doral, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach. If you are not sure whether we cover your city, call us.
How detailed are your bids?
Every bid we send is itemized by line: materials, labor, and subcontracted work listed separately. You will know exactly what each part of the project costs before you sign anything. We believe that is the only honest way to run a renovation.
What is the advantage of your direct-sourced countertops?
Most contractors source stone from a local slab yard that purchased it from a national importer. We have direct access to a family stone operation in India that supplies granite and quartz. That means more slab options and pricing that reflects what the stone actually costs, not what it has been marked up to.
How long does a kitchen remodel typically take?
A full kitchen remodel generally takes four to eight weeks, depending on the scope, material lead times, and whether structural work is involved. We give you a project calendar before we start so you can plan around it.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Work that requires a permit in Pembroke Pines and surrounding municipalities is permitted before it starts. We handle the applications and inspections. You should not have to manage that.
Can I see examples of past projects?
Yes. You can view project photos throughout this site, and we have a full case study on one of our condominium renovation projects. When we meet, we can also show you work similar in scope to what you are planning.
