Karan Choudhary

Founder & CEO, RDS Construction Group

Karan's path to construction began far from the jobsite. A finance and accounting graduate of the University of Miami, he spent years in multifamily and commercial real estate investment before a corporate finance role in the franchise industry. Opening and operating his own franchise location, he worked closely with his general contractor through buildout -- and saw firsthand how much inefficiency and lack of professionalism the industry tolerated as standard practice.

He believed it could be done better. That conviction became RDS Construction Group. Karan brings a rare combination to every project: the financial discipline of an investor, the operational rigor of a franchise owner, and the hands-on standards of a licensed general contractor.
