1000 Museum Tower, Miami
Kitchen and interior renovation for a full-floor condo unit in one of Miami's most recognized residential towers.
The project
A full-floor unit in 1000 Museum Tower — one of Zaha Hadid's most recognizable residential buildings in Miami — needed the kitchen and main living areas completely reworked to match the rest of the finishes throughout the space. The client had clear expectations about quality and precision, and the building had strict requirements about construction hours, material deliveries, and elevator access.
The challenge
High-rise renovation in a building of this caliber requires coordination that a typical residential project doesn't. Every material delivery has to be scheduled with building management. Construction hours are fixed and non-negotiable. The existing finishes throughout the unit set a standard that every new surface had to meet. There's no room for imprecise work when you're working alongside Hadid's architecture.
What we did
We managed all building coordination from the start — scheduling with the HOA, confirming material delivery windows, and working within the required hours. Materials were selected to match the existing palette and the caliber of the space. Countertop stone was sourced directly through our supply chain to ensure the slab selection matched the design intent.
The scope included the kitchen renovation, living area built-ins and finish work, and coordination with the flooring and fixture specifications already in the space. Every detail was reviewed against the existing finishes before installation.
The result
The renovated kitchen and living areas read as designed alongside the rest of the unit. The client received an itemized bid before work began, the project finished on the agreed schedule, and the building requirements were met throughout. This is what we mean when we say we manage the project — not just the construction, but everything around it.
