Karan Choudhary

Karan's path to construction began far from the jobsite. A finance and accounting graduate of the University of Miami, he spent years immersed in multifamily and commercial real estate investment before taking a corporate finance role in the franchise industry. That experience led him to open and operate his own franchise location, and it was there -- working closely with his general contractor through buildout -- that the idea for RDS took root.
He saw firsthand how much inefficiency and lack of professionalism the industry tolerated as standard practice. Karan believed it could be done better, and set out to prove it.
That conviction became RDS Construction Group. Today, Karan brings a rare combination to every project: the financial discipline of an investor, the operational rigor of a franchise owner, and the hands-on standards of a licensed general contractor. It's an approach built on transparency, precision, and doing what he says he'll do.

Every estimate we send is a line-item document. Materials, labor, and subcontracted work listed separately. You know what you're paying for before anything is signed.
Direct-sourced stone at honest prices
We source granite and quartz directly from our family stone operation in India. The price reflects what the material costs, not what a distributor chain has added to it.
One point of contact
We manage every trade in a project. You don't coordinate between a tile setter, a plumber, and a cabinet installer. You communicate with us, and we handle it.
