How we work.

Four steps from first call to final walkthrough. No surprises, no ballpark estimates that expand later, and one point of contact through the whole project.

Kitchen remodeling process
01

Walk-through and scope

We visit the space, take measurements, and talk through what you want to accomplish. This is a working conversation about what's realistic and what things cost — not a sales call. We look at the layout, the existing condition of cabinets and plumbing, and anything structural that affects the scope. You tell us what matters most. We tell you what we're seeing.

02

Itemized bid

After the walk-through, we prepare a line-item estimate. Materials, labor, and subcontracted work are listed separately. Edge profiles, tile selections, cabinet specifications — all confirmed before the number is finalized. You receive the bid before any contract is signed or deposit is collected. If something doesn't make sense in the estimate, we talk through it.

03

Material selection and ordering

Once the bid is accepted, we work through material selections with you — countertop slabs, tile, cabinet finishes, fixtures. If you want to see the actual granite slab before it's fabricated, we arrange that. Materials are ordered with lead times accounted for in the project schedule.

04

Scheduled build

You receive a project calendar before work begins. You know which trades are on-site each day and what the sequence is. When something shifts — a material that runs long, an inspection that takes an extra day — you hear about it from us before it affects the schedule in a way you notice at home.

05

Final walkthrough

Before we consider the job complete, we walk through every item in the scope with you. Drawers, doors, grout lines, caulk joints, fixtures — everything gets checked. Anything that isn't right gets fixed. We don't consider the project closed until you're satisfied with the result.
